Ships What NPC ships have the ability to mass lock an Anaconda?

I was doing some trading in an Anaconda and an NPC announced it wanted my "tasty cargo". I just thought "heh, whatever" and just remained on course. But it managed to mass lock me and took down my shields and did a little hull damage. My combat rank is mostly harmless as well. What NPC ships can mass lock an Anaconda?

I had to boost twice, to get away from it and get back into supercruise. And I've never been mass locked before in it. But I didn't get a look at it.

According to Coriolis only the Cutter (27) and Corvette (24) have higher MLF than the Anaconda (23) but I've never seen either as NPC "tasty cargo" pirates so it's likely that it was another Conda.

The game tries to match NPC's ship and skill level to yours so you'll be hunted by a similar ship although I'm not sure the rank is based on just combat it may be the highest or an average of all three of your ranks, time for better shields and booster I reckon.
