I cannot find out about the player group that uses the "tag" [gcp] - does anyone know who / what they are?

They're a small player group, "Gamer Community Punks". Unofficial in ED as far as I know, but there's at least one member here.
They have a facebook page and youtube, but I haven't seen a presence in the forums. Only 9 members are subscribed to their youtube page.
