Powerplay What Power Play Passive Bonuses are Working?

Could people please confirm what passive power play bonususes are working?
I'm just interested i the passive ones because they apply to all players.

-10% on Buying Imperial Slaves - Torval
Mahon's passive bonuses in control systems
15% discount in Li young Rui

Not Working
Smuggling Bonus for Archon Delaine in Exploited
Mahon's passive bonuses in Exploited systems
10% off weapons in Hudson

All the passive ones that barely make a difference and the Imperial ones that do make a difference would make a pretty accurate summary with the sole exception of Li Yong-Rui's discount.

One of the two Delaine's smuggling bonuses got straight up removed, it's not that it doesn't work. The other one still does, but he doesn't affect slaves and battle weapons like supposed to, only narcotics.

Mahon's passive bonuses are 100% broken. Only the control system ones seem to work, none of the exploited system ones do.

I'm really trying not to add to the general negativity about powerplay, since I enjoyed it for a while. But to hear that the basics are still not implemented since ...how long has it been since Powerplay has come out of beta? ... sounds really unprofessional, I'm sorry to say.

Torval's bonus includes 10% discount on imp. slaves and mined materials, 5% extra profit per trading transactions, and 50% extra profit on rares at rank 5. All working.

Rating bonuses are all working correctly.

Passive bonuses are the ones that are wonky between powers, which is different because it doesn't apply to the commander, but the systems.

Delaine 10% bonus to black market prices works in exploited systems, it was reduced from 15%, his control systems did have 20% and that worked, but that has completely been removed.

About 5% discount on weapons, narcotics and tobacco also works for Delaine in his control systems.

Huge increase in supply and demand of all weapos and drugs doesn't work, except for personal weapons.

All slavery made legal in his control systems happened in the last patch, or maybe the patch before that, I noticed it in the last week.

So some of his bugs have been slowly fixed, but I've seen absolutely nothing in the patch notes about these fixes.

Let's not forget Antal's bonus to system influence changes. With the BGS seemly broken and random (I've had influence go down for taking charity missions!), that's effectively NOT WORKING as well.

Those bonuses became obsolete with the daily cap anyway.

It would make sense if they at least stretched the cap for the factions affected.

Anyone know if the the bounty hunting bonuses for Lavigny-Duval are working (20% in her systems plus 20% at Rank 2) ? I've been at Hazardous RES in her Exploited systems and have no ideas if there's a bonus active. There is no indication when you score the kill or when you cash them in.
