What ship and stuff for a new explorer

Pound for Pound, Dollar for Dollar, the Hauler is the best explorer in the game, hands down.

I agree, Hauler rocks. I am on my first voyage in Asp and I am still getting used to it. Yes, view from the cockpit is spectacular and better jump range adds up on long trips but... somehow I still miss my little Hauler. I will probably miss it even more once I come back and see the bill for fixing wear and tear
