What the heck am I wanted for ?!

I paid off all of my fines - There's no bounty on my head, I haven't stolen or killwed anyone. The only thing I've been doing is delivering goods. I've been doing this ever so patiently to get enough credits for a decent ship to use in combat - I finally bought a ship and suddenly I'm wanted in every system for over 30,000 CR?! If i even think of launching from this pad, I'll be shot down almost immediately, and I do not want to lose this ship I just bought.

What the hell ?!

Probably you didnt deliver mission in time and you didn't pay the fine within 24 hours. If not send a support ticket

How do you submit a ticket? The only mission I had was the one I did right before I purchased my new ship, so I'm not late on anything, and any prior fines have been paid off. I traded my Sidewinder with all of the equipped mining hardware and refinery to get a significant discount. The price of my ship I traded was about the same price as my bounty. Do you think it may have glitched and gave me a bounty for no reason in the middle of the trade transaction?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug. I got dragged out of SC by the cops a-g-a-i-n last night. After a completely law abiding existence since beta 1 I thought "That's it, I've had enough" and I opened up on him. Naturally I was Wanted immediately, and there was a bounty. After the fight (we both died - the sneaky sod rammed me!) I paid my bounty but the Wanted flag was still showing. I restarted the game, and it was gone.

if a restart does not do the trick sell that ship for a sidewinder and get killed then buy your new ship you should then be clean hope this helps it worked for me in similar circumstances.

I submitted a ticket.

I'd rather have the issue looked at by a dev. than to get out the easy way, and have a continuous problem for myself and other users :)
Hopefully they respond quickly.

Ive been getting fines today for acquisition missions when ive logged out whilst they are still active with 4 hours to run on the mission timer. When i log back in i have a nice little fine which when i ignore turns into a big hefty bounty xD

Whelp, I think I'll wait for Nov. 22 to come around to come back. I've tried everything to clear myself, but the only thing that's happening is my bounty going up. if I can't pay for it because the Contacts list doesn't even show a bounty and if suicide doesn't work for me by letting a security Vessel scan me then letting them blow me up doesn't fix it, then what else is there to do?
