what the HECK is wrong with reddit?

I got griefed earlier today with multicrew and went to the reddit, made an account so I could post and ask about what to do , and I IMMEDIATELY get banned because I'm new. I've never posted on reddit before in my LIFE and now somehow i'm an alt account. this person is not only delusional but they're bullying me because i'm autistc.
