Newcomer / Intro What to do with "Utopian Publicity"????

Greetings Pilots, so I joined the side of Pranav Antal-flew to the home sector and trying to figure out what to do, decide to help prepare a sector, so I buy a ship with some cargo space load up with propaganda and fly off to the systems listed. So far no contacts seem to want my propaganda, I can take some more propaganda from them but the 10 in my cargo are not available to trade or whatever is done with them. Honestly the "how to" prepare instructions literally cut off in the middle of a sentence and the help section is not well written IMO. I want to try and participate in this game but have been flying aimlessly for my last 2 sessions. So my question, what to do with this propaganda? Thanks

Hello, I will try to answer you.

So you got the propaganda from a control system and you can't dump it? Are you sure you are in the correct system? Go to the overview for your power. Select the preparation tab at the top and go to one of the systems listed there. Any dock in a preparation system should accept the propaganda.

I once flew to the wrong system early on myself but when you are in the correct system it should work.

You can select the system in the preparation tab and it will fill a large window with info. At the bottom left of it you can select view on map and it will load the galaxy map and the system in question. Hope that helps.

Any system not within Power space accepts UP. System is considered prepared when the amount of UP shipped reach 100 units. But I urge you to join us at: reddit.com/r/EliteAntal . You can get directions there on where to put effort that is most beneficial to the faction. In addition, you can join us in TS.
