I believe that it's 08:00.
The weekly server reset is usually from 7am 8am, takes 20-40 minutes afaik. You get in-game notifications that it's coming from half an hour before, and after those notifications start you'll have to end task to exit the game.

What tick do you mean? Are there different ticks? I know the one Ady Pipkin states and yeah, that was always Thursday evening iirc.
There is a daily tick for the BGS, the time that happens varies & tends to drift throughout the day over time. Then there is a weekly powerplay tick that happens with the server reset on Thursday mornings; they aren't directly related. I assume the OP is talking about the Thursday morning server reset.

Because OP is asking about Thursday, I assumed they're asking about weekly server maintenance and that's what I meant. I probably shouldn't have used the word "tick".
Thursday was always an important tick date. We used to work all week for thursday update when playing the BGS.
Well, maybe if we say play on Friday morning and your ticks should have happened by then.

Sure? Even when sitting offset to the clicklock? Doppler effect? Pndulum swings toward you -> higher pitch, swing away -> low pitch. Swing low, sweet chariot and that. I just never licked a chariot, so I don't really know what's up with the sweet ones.
