Saying you want to put something in Room 101 is basically saying you want to banish it or remove it from existence (like on the TV show). Normally people assume really terrible things are already in there and go with their own personal pet hates, but you don't have to.

Alternatively you could go with the book's interpretation and use your "worst nightmare" or "the worst thing in the world".

So, whatever you want. What would you put in Room 101?
