General / Off-Topic What you can buy for thirty pounds!

Average price of a beer in a pub in Yorkshire is 3 pounds. 10 pints. For your average yorkshireman, that's just your usual Saturday night's drinking then.

I'm sorry you seem to have missed a digit off that price. Less than half of my wife's haircut. Now we are talking..

Don't ever go to Maccy D's unless it is for a MacPee. Again no saving here...

It's about £1.15/litre and a full tank is about £80+ so less than half a tank of diesel. Half a tank people!

4 bottles of half-decent Rioja - that's a good night in right there.

A return train fare to London town, including underground.

3 tickets to local multiplex cinema - or 12 tickets to local traditional cinema

One of the sims 4 'every few months' expansion packs, if ya take it as ya pay for those for a empty town and some items a season pass doesn't seem so bad. You get a whole year of expansions.
