What's a better way to gauge what's rly needed in PZ

So with the lar gibbon getting in, I feel like there can be a better way to rly see what we want as a wish list can quickly become outdated

I can't rly think of how to truly get together a list of what animals would truly make PZ feel whole and I think the meta wish list has a problem in that it can't truly keep up with DLC cycles and the ever changing will of the people

Maybe a poll that resets every cycle or calendar year or a collection of species curated by certain players but I'm not sure how that'd work

I don't think there's any real need beyond general curiosity at this point. I'd be shocked if Frontier didn't know exactly which species they intend to use for the remainder of this year at this point, and for most intents and purposes the meta wishlist is still the closest thing we could possibly get to a representative sample. Anything else is just going to pale in comparison when it comes to engagement.

That said, I firmly believe the siamang didn't negate the need/demand for the lar gibbon, or really even reduce it that much. They're both fairly recognizable and common zoo animals, and about as visually distinct as you could ask for members of the same family to be. And at least personally, I've considered the lar gibbon to practically be a lock ever since we got the siamang - there was just no way Frontier was ever going to use such a unique and heavily requested rig with a totally unique enrichment item setup for just one species.
