I've just noticed I have a Dormant Bounty of 400cr. I have no idea how I got this, as I am fine upstanding pillar of the Pilot's Federation. I've just gone back to the system I acquired it and have docked at the only station I have been to there but I can't seem to pay my fine.
Could someone explain what a Dormant Bounty, as opposed to a normal bounty, is and how do you get rid of this blemish on my reputation.
