What's going on with instancing and ships position? Horrible!

Hi!
Yes, I know the ships are named like snakes but I think it does not mean they should fly zig-zag paths :p
It's only me or something is really broken with instancing?
-Ships changing their position on the screen. They tremble, skipping and teleporting.
-Players ships are indicated as NPC on the radar, solid squares and triangles.
-Sometimes I'm waiting 15 second to jump into instance (to supercruise or from supercruise)
This one is really horrible:
-Invisible ship! I saw one player fighting with 'ghost'. He shot at empty space. And empty space was dealing damage to him. But I didn't seen the opponent.

I have good Internet connection 100 Mb/s and ping is 6-9 ms.

I've noticed that zig-zagging too. Most of the time it's player ship that does the "skipping", but sometimes (very rarely in fact) NPCs do that also. But I seen them do that only near stations.

Fighting invisible ships happened to me too - while fighting in a wing at CZ, or some installation scenario I sometimes saw other players shoot at something (and being shot at), while I had zero contacts.

I guess if one of the players has high latency connection (maybe the one who initiated the instance?), server starts having problems updating for everyone else.
But I'm really not an expert.

I haven't noticed that. You sure this isn't the case of players using docking computer?
