Looking at it you'd think it ends like a normal tie as if it went under a jacket. But it simply ends! I guess it's a mini-tie on top of a button down shirt.

Imperial fashion is weird.

Only a Federal fashion victim would wear a tie that reached his navel. Having extra dangly bits on your shirt isn't fooling anyone, you know.
