What's going on with Rackham's Peak? Anyone still goes there?

Haven't heard of a Booze Cruise for a long time, I heard some morons blocked the route to HIP 58832 for lolz.

Is it cleared? Does anyone still takes their Carriers up there? I'd like to send one of my alts permanently there, for when I want to enjoy the view.

If anyone is going there, I'd like to hitch a one-way trip.

I'm not asking to move my Carrier there (I don't have one) to the blockade, but to hitch a one-way ride on someone's Carrier to HIP 58832 for one of my alts, Type-6 (a ship), which I will leave there in the HIP 58832.

- The route for all the Carriers has to go through one system. And that system can accommodate, I dunno, 32 or something, and until one of them leaves no entry is permitted there. So a group of morons sent their 32 (or something) carriers, left them there for hawhaw, blocked the approach to HIP 58832 and basically destroyed Booze Cruise for the entire playerbase. You follow so far?

- If the route is clear and carriers still fly to HIP 58832, I asked to hitch a one-way ride there for one of my alts, so it's Type-6 can stay permanently in the system, to be activated once in a blue Moon when I want to enjoy the view from there. The carrier on which I hitched a ride is free to go, of course, the very instant we enter HIP 58832 for the first time.

The route for Carriers can be blocked on that one system many many LY from there, not the number of ships in the HIP 58832 system.

What in there prompted to comment "he speaks of morons and wants to be one, in the same breath"?

Interesting topic (y), as I'd briefly seen the reference to Rackham's peak somewhere at one time on the forum, but I wasn't aware of the finer details...now I do after reading this post! :D
I presume (without a web / forum search) that Wine fetches a premium price there?...I'm not intending to go there , though when I looked on the in game Gal map just now I can personally see the system map in detail, which is very strange / puzzling as I can't ever remember ever visiting the system (Hip 58832) 😲...unless I've hitched a ride in the past....weird! :D

I have not visited the system ever, and I can't see the system map in detail. You must have had been there. Weird indeed :)

It is a booze cruise, so maybe you arrived there empty, making the whole trip an alcohol induced amnesia
