whats going to happen to our progress when patch 3.9 come out?

when patch 3.9 comes out are we gona loose all progress?, just loose our ship(like what happened in a previous patch, but keep our money) or nothing at all?

I don't believe anything about that has been stated yet. My assumption would be that the next wipe will be at Gamma (Preview) release as planned.
