What's happening with the arx store?

Hello all, just tried to buy some arx for some customization on my ship as well as suits, but i'm unable to buy because it gets me a "Your transaction has failed" error.
Anyone experiencing similar issues?.

I thought I'd try to buy some Arx, since my second commander could use a little customization. I don't see it on the store anywhere though. Is this only done through the client or in-game?

EDIT: I found it, and successfully purchased 5000 Arx. It appears the site is working normally.
Also: I find it humorous that a first-time purchase of Arx is just as difficult as submitting a first-time support request.

EDIT 2: My account shows the status as "Authorize". I won't know until after work if the purchase actually completed.

EDIT 3: Sorry for all the edits (it does fit the theme of FDev's site). The store shows the Arx purchase was successful.

Try a different browser and / or clear your cache and reset your cookies.

Frontier's sites are a real pain for this, so much dependent on cookies and scripts, really annoys me.

I never actually received any confirmation for my purchase. The Arx was just there right after I completed the transaction. When I tried to purchase a couple paint jobs with the Arx, I received what looked like an error. My Arx balance didn't change on the page, so I tried again. I received an error, stating I already own those items, and THEN my Arx balance updated.

It would appear their website is just as buggy as ED. I don't know why I was actually surprised LOL
