What's on your Elite: Dangerous "Bucket List"?

I've been playing this game for almost 1,400 hours, and there are still things I'd like to do and haven't gotten around to for whatever reason. I thought I'd put down a bucket list for posterity (1 year) of the things I could think of at the moment:

1. Visit Beagle Point
2. See all the Generation Ships
3. Build the ULTIMATE mega-engineered PvP war machine :cool:
4. Get Elite status in all three categories (currently only elite in exploration, and 80% Tycoon in Trade)
5. Ehm...visit Sol.

Would love to hear if other commanders have similar lists, and if so, what are they?

I've ticked a good many now, but still there are:

- Visit Seg A*
- Visit The Great Annihilator
- Visit Colonia and spend a bit of time there
- Be the first to find something new (EG a new part of a puzzle, Generation ship etc)
- Finish of getting my 3rd Elite (Trade) (50%)
- Finish off the Imperial Prince rank (35%)
- 'Do' the Guardians mission (in progress)
- Destroy the Federation
- Start and finish 'Project Pay Back'
- Probably some other stuff I have forgotten right now

Already did most of my bucketlist.
reach Sag A
reach colonia
reach hutton
became elite in combat - 30k bounties claimed and counting
Became Elite in trading
only need to become elite in exploration.. but i dont feel the need.

I've been playing about 800 hours and I don't really set goals for myself. I tend to just play the game as a way to relax after a day at work, and the activities scheduled for any particular play session is usually decided in-situ.

I've only got one real, hard-set goal on my bucket list:

-God roll my Cobra 3's FSD.


After that, I'll continue to wander aimlessly, randomly doing whatever strikes my fancy at any given moment.

Circumnavigate the galaxy in a combat corvette.

I've achieved a lot of my personal goals already:

Triple Elite within a year
Use all the ships (I've owned & flown all but the recently introduced Dolphin, I don't currently own some)
Visited SagA*
Visited Beagle Point (In a Combat fitted Corvette)

I'm currently on a grand tour of the galaxy. It started out as a circumnavigation but the return from Beagle point is taking a less planned route, I'm currently loosely heading in the direction of Colonia.

I've yet to visit Colonia, see a Thargoid in the flesh or do other newer content because I'm still out in the Corvette, and in no rush.

I have a list of various systems I'd like to visit, some of which can't be reached in my current ship. My motivation to continue is in my profile.

Lots of things are done:
-got silver Cutter and gold Vette
-obtained all ships
-got Elite in exploration
-got Hutton mug \o/
-visited the Pleiades
-set my home system
-visited black hole

now there are still task to be done:
-go to SigA
-go to Colonia
-3x Elite
-build a PvP killing machine
-unlock all of the engineers (not sure if I will pursue that one)
-stand up and walk around y damn ship - kind of in the hands of FD really

1. Circumnavigate the Galaxy.
2. Visit the Bookmarks I've had placed around the galaxy since I figured out how to use the galaxy map and make Bookmarks.
3. Discovery something noteworthy no one else has discovered.
4. Collect all the Power Play Modules
5. Sponsor an Open Event.

Yeah, kinda like this. I just play. I just bought a Corvette and A'd it out by just playing, and I will engineer it the same way, I'll get the materials by just playing and I will roll until I'm happy with the roll and I will choose to be happy with it (that is not redundant at all, BTW). I'm also working the Anime Princess for some prismatic shields now (and some imperial rank while I'm at it).

That said, Some of my goals are;
Triple Elite ( Of course I have to get one first; Combat and Trading are running neck in neck, I'll go exploring after I'm done with that.......)
Unlock all of the engineers (need one of the elites for that)
Go at least to Colonia, maybe see some cool stuff, just kind of wander around exploring a bit.
Rank up in the Empire, (then Alliance when it's available)
Some other stuff when I come up with it.

There is no timeline or self imposed pressure on any of these things and if I get bored or frustrated with a given thing, I will move on to another or go play a different game for a while.

long term once exploration has had its Beyond update I will spend a few months out in the dark (via Colonia and Sag A)

Short term, unlock a few more engineers (I am at 375t ore refined for Selene currently)
Build a bounty hunting vulture and finally get off Mostly Harmless and do a little combat
take my DBX and head to Meene and start the guarding scanning thing for a few weeks

haven't thought beyond this. but I expect it will be unlocking more engineers

You'll love the Vulture, she's a fine bird. A little slow and a lot short legged, but mean as a hornet in a close up scrap! Damn, now I want to build another one..........:)

1.Get 2 of the big 3 already got the conda.
2. Visit beagle point
3. Visit Sag a*
4. Get the best rolls possible on my fdl
5. Unlock all the engineers
6. Destroy a cutter in my srv
7. hit quadruple elite
8. Befriend a thargoid
9. Get abducted by a thargoid
And last but not least
10. Get quadruple elite

I'm sure as the game progresses in development I'll be adding more to this

Why does everyone want to find raxxla just search for it in the galaxy map, duh
