What's the basic Sidewinder spec?

I started playing with a Cobra Mk III in the Founder's system and have been enjoying adding upgrades etc. However, I'd now like to see what the basic Sidewinder that non-KS backers get plays like, but without losing all I've built up. Simple answer: Buy a Sidewinder in addition to the Cobra and kit it appropriately.

Please could someone tell me what the basic Sidewinder comes equipped with?

You can see what it's equipped with in the shipyard.

Perhaps I wasn't clear... If I buy a basic Sidewinder from a shipyard, is that the same spec that new starters get, or do new starters get extra scanners, weapons etc.?
