I’m trying to finish up my Cutter and give it 3 primary weapons, an efficient heat vent beam, overcharged autoloader multi and efficient or overcharged PA but I also need to get the efficient pulse lasers I have fully G5 also so I have a lot of work to do...any suggestions?

There are several depending on what mats you're looking for:
For manufactured materials there's an evil technique for farming HGEs (multiple runs at the same HGE)!
For encoded mats, farming the Jameson Cobra Crash site is the easiest way to go!
For high grade raw mats, there are anaconda crash sites!
Google them and you will find all the info you need.
Or you could just play the game slower and more correctly, do missions and regular surface mining for the high grade mats and have more fun at it!

Evil technique for HGEs? Can you explain? Sorry a bit out of the loop on it (haven’t really played since last year) and I want to get it done because it simply needs to be done, fully engineering my Cutter is long overdue
For raw mats, try the crystal shards. Its a good sight-seeing trip too.
