We need a ship purpose built with a ramming prow on it
Well it depend on if they are into it, and how intoxicated they are. Ive found that I can ram and sometimes they don't even remember the next day.

I have no issue with it, viable tactic. Just learn to defend againsed it.
How does that saying go? All is fair in love and war. Just make sure to take on a suitable target, otherwise you might end up at the REBUY screen, looking sheepish, and wondering what happened.
Ramming is a valid tactic in combat, but if you're going to blindside people just for the lulz you won't make any friends.

Whenever I'm in a battle that becomes pretty dangerous for both me and my target I tend to say "All hands brace for impact" then hit the boost button to quickly dispatch my opponent, and hope I manage to pull the remains of my ship out of the blast range..
and yes, I like to pretend I'm not all alone in my Anaconda. It's too much ship for one person.

I did that a week or two ago in my Vulture against a Commander in a clipper. There was alcohol involved.
I did recently get rammed during a CG buy an unshielded npc viper and it blew up causing me to end up wanted with 500k bounty credits yet to turn in.
I promptly jumped to an adjacent system, bought a sidwinder and returned to the system where wanted.
I succesfully snuck in the station cashing in my bounties then launched and parked outside the station.
Switching to external view I happily sat and videoed the demise of my ship, quite a satisfying little episode really ☺
