What's the dumbest way you've destroyed your ship?

Was a while ago, met fellow countrymen on res which is rare, short convo and then accidentally hit kb boost instead of comms. Then there was an asteroid "facepalm". Was 15 mio "accident" due to uncollected bounties and insurance with python. Vulture pilot surely smirked at kamikaze-python I would guess. Mind you, that wasn't first killed by roid situation, but most humiliating one.
I've been reading in an asteroid field and driven straight into a rock......That wasn't a laser blast..something hit us!! Oh wait, I'm dead 
That has got to sting!
Boosted my clipper in front of some dude's canopy in a RES just messing around while we waited for pirates to spawn. Pulled up hard while still accelerating and could only sit and watch as an asteroid loomed into view, too close for me to do anything about it at that speed. Made quite an ass of myself that day.

I was fighting in a combat zone the other day and accidentally shot an ally. Since everyone wanted my booty from that second on i decided to run away as fast i can. I was about to frameshift out as i noticed a CMDR Python at my tail shooting at me like i had 1 million bounty on me. there where no other npcs near left so i decided to do a U-turn and fight that cheeky python behind me.
Well...i turned around, boosted and headed guns blazing right at the CMDR. ...and then we crashed nose on nose right into each other. my precious FDL went to hell , not sure about the python tho.

Even this small sample of posts tells us that there really is need for killed by roids -club. Now all we would need is difficult level here with randomly generated AI roids. "Interdicted by asteroid" would really raise ones excitement levels..
I was chasing a wanted federal dropship which was down to 20% and trying to hypercharge with my viper. Then I boosted in order to cover distance and I rammed the dropship due to lack of control.
My canopy was destroyed and the closest station in that star system was 10.000 Ls away. The 5 mins of oxygen remaining weren't enough.

when I first got my Cobra....I thought what can it do...so I launched from inside a Space Station, went full throttle into the edge below the letter box.....

Thinking that I was fit for a PvPer after getting over confident with NPCs.

It cost me about a million in insurance and Rares.
Accidentally pressed boost instead of deploy landing gear as I entered a station to claim ~1.5M credits from bounty hunting.
My Viper just survived a close fight with a Federal Dropship. 20% hull remaining or so. 100k+ bounty.
Got back to the nearest Coriolis for repairs. "Docking request granted". Safely through the letterbox. Coming in to land.
Pressed engine boost instead of deploying the landing gear. Kaboom.

How do you make those videos? When i press F10 and my system just crashes, but logically the above clip was taken after the event?

I had a similar mishap with Voice Attack.... I had 2 commands mapped
1: "Full Stop" - To cut all power to the engines
2: "Full Impulse" - Full power to the engines
Just about to touch down, gently working out my thrusters.... I say "Full Stop"
To which I hear the ship's computer reply with the dreaded words "Full Impulse" as I bash into the buildings of the station
In Solo mode..just undocked and flew out of the station, aligned with my next travel destination and waiting for Mass Lock to disappear..thought I'd go to the loo- then next hear I on the way back 'Under Attack-Shields Down' before I could even sit down I got wasted..no idea how this happened I've never been attacked by an NPC in solo mode on the way out of a station..lost 8 mill cargo lol
