How did you enable HDR?I've solved by enabling HDR systemwide on windows. Basically the issue is they apparently tuned it on HDR displays but didn't bear in mind to put some option for those who don't have HDR.
Below is how it looks now with gamma in the default position.

Apparently I can't activate it. The option isn't there, and it says "no" in display capacities. But it could be that I do'nt know how to activate it.I did enable it system wide (not on elite)
You can enable HDR on display settings in windows 10.
Apparently they adjusted the settings with this option turned on.

I have the same problem. I said it before, brightness/contrast balance is off.Everything is super dark in Odyssey compared to Horizon (see below).
In the bottom image I set gamma in Odyssey all the way to the right and can't get even close to how Horizon looks with gamma in the center.
Is this happening to you as well?
