Newcomer / Intro What's up with Mining now?

Hope this is the correct place to ask this....

Hi guys I have slowly been coming back to the game.

My question is when I went to do a little mining I noticed that after I use a prospector limpet on a asteroid then I go to mine I would see like 6 or seven junks come out so I shoot out some collector limpets and it seems to only pick up 1 and that's it the rest of the chunks are left there and I have 4 collector limpets out.

I have also noticed that the asteroid chunks don't show up on radar anymore as white dots like they used to.

I did just recently sold the old Collector and Prospector controllers and went with the New Mining Operations Multi - Controllers which uses prospector and collector limpets.

One other thing I have seen is my Refinery doesn't get filled up and the refined stuff doesn't get put in cargo now it's put in somewhere else.

SO yea whats up with mining now?

If you target a chunk, the limpet dies after delivery. So, do not target the chunks, let the limpets auto collect and deliver.

I have just been mining and have had no issues. Have you checked your list of "ignore" materials? You may need to add or remove from the list so that you only pick up and leave stuff that you do not want.

I don't target the chunks honest.
Is it normal now for them to not show up on radar now? I mean the chunks.
Hmm maybe I need to adjust the ignore thing again,where is that again? sorry. That could be a reason why they arnt showing up on radar as white dots maybe?

Left hand panel - contacts, unfortunately if you have ignored something it will not show unless there is some within range then it shows as being greyed out.

That helped I am a Idiot lol had too many things ignored lol. the chunks now show up on radar and go in to the refinery lol and cargo once refined.
