Please raise a ticket as myself and others are having the same issue and have been for a few weeks now. It needs more people to ticket this to get enough attention / priority from support.
I opened a ticket, but as usual with customer support, they only handle these midweeks when the problems are mostly gone since they only happen in the weekend. So I get a message back "well the problem is gone, Ill close your ticket". And the problem is solved until next weekend, and the next, and the next, and the next.....
