Slightly off topic. I'm finding the quality of those portraits more and more annoying as time goes on. one minute you're flying through a high textured asteroid field, the next you're staring at a Playstation 1 screen with the CRT not firing the colours correctly.

No this is a 'Follow On' given because they appreciate the work you've done for them and are now considered reliable so they pass more work your way.....which you can't do becuase you're not considered reliable enough.

I've played a few games with chained missions that couldn't be completed until you unlocked rep, or reached a certain level; so not sure what the problem is.

I was playing under the misaprehension that you got a follow on for doing a good job and were trusted by the faction to do more work for them, as such I was expecting it to be doable immediately, but apparently it's working as designed. Now that I understand its 'Working As Designed' it's not a biggy....still irks me though.

Yep it's locked, and this was reported back in the early beta, and i was told this is as designed.!!!
