What's your engineered SCO count to date ?

How motivated are we to gain these drives? Who's in the lead so far, so to speak? (Not including the free ones).
With the time I'm prepared to apply thus far, my count is at a modest 8.
3 x size 4's
3 x size 5's
2 x size 6's

Hooray for everything. \o/

Oh yes...a little concerned these new FSD's are supplied as version (1). Not keen to do all this again for a version (2).

i got 3 more beside the 6 from the CG and i have 12 drive components waiting for datamined wake exceptions.
the new pre engineerd sco drives are a bit hotter wich can be a real deal breaker for some builds im sure, but overall they are just too good, every ship with A rated drives is gonna get these.

Hmm... I think it's three size 5 drives so far (or maybe 4?) Idk, Inara doesn't list them only the 6 from the CG so far... 🤷‍♂️ Odd about that, the DWE amount is correct after unlocking the drives and after scanning wakes for some new DWEs... Odd... 🤷‍♂️

I'm planning to get some more in the future but right now I concentrate on getting some TDCs in Sol and enjoy the calm but caustic scenery there without any Thargoids and no picky pirates...

Not motivated at all. Only doing it for the current ship I'm using. V4 since I live in that. The P2 since that's the first SCO attuned ship I got. Honestly, don't really like the P2 that much but the SCO handling is hard to ignore.

All below have MM effect installed...
4 size 5s (Krait Mk2, 2 x Mandys and a Python2) [only had to do 3 as the CG gave me the other one]
1 size 6 (Conda)
the size 4 reserved for the Cobra5 - eventually

and I'm about to give a squadmate 3 drive components

Having arrived back in ED, and hearing about SCO drives, I immediately toddled off to Jameson and bought 30-odd of them.
Fitted the first one to an AspX because, how bad could it be, right?
15 minutes later, got back to my FC and sold them all again.

I currently have 2 in Mandalays, 3 in CM5s and I also have a Python 2 and a Type 8 parked at Jameson, awaiting mod's.
Only the drive in my "daily driver" Mandy' is G5 engineered, The other Mandy is ~G3 and the CM5s aren't engineered at all... yet.

Those sco drives are "obsolete" now...since the last titan was killed last week it's all about the double pre engineered sco fsds from human tech brokers that you purchase with human and goid mats.

What's the best way to obtain bulk Datamined Wake Exceptions?

I'm currently doing a little of everything (wake scanning, passenger missions, materials trading) but it's pretty slow going

Find a system in the Famine state, the larger the population the better, and within that system go to the Distribution Center. It will be a collection of Type-9's. Smaller ships will jump in and out of this instance. Use a Wake Scanner to scan the wakes they leave behind after they jump out (engineer the scanner for fast scan if you're using a fast ship and want to fly from wake to wake, or long range if you just want to pivot your ship and scan them all from a single location). It's a reliable way to gain DWEs.

One in my PII (that one Titan Drive Component I had left over from Taranis CG came in handy). Collected extra 7 TDC-s yesterday. That should be enough for a long time--I don't really need to max out jumprange on my utility ships when I use fleet carrier to move between areas of operations.
