What’s your favorite laser mining ship ?

Now that we have a mining CG may be good time to discuss mining ships.
I use different ships for different mining types, for laser mining I found the Corvette to work best for me.
Tried the Cutter but found the maneuverable to slow me down that’s when I switched to the Corvette.
I get 256 tons of storage 12 to 15 limpets depending on controller 2 prospectors, 2 huge laser and a few smaller ones.
Lots of easy movability, I can deplete most asteroids in 15 seconds get in nice and close and position for best limpet movement.
Getting 256 tons is just about the perfect time for each session as I am ready for a break.

What’s your favorite mining build, now we have do many to pick from.
I never thought I would be using a Corvette for mining.

Haven't mined in a long time. I did finally try it when the FC was announced, to build up some credits but not since. Too boring.

When I did mine, I configured one of my Corvettes for the task and loved it. The game loops in Elite stink, but it is what it is. I did get some occasional breaks from the grind when some stupid pirate(s) would venture too close. But that never lasted long.
