The "Yorkshire" chick in the tower isn't new. Just rare. And yes, she's my favourite as well.
And strange as it may sound, the station traffic controller is actually one of the variables when I decide for a new base of operations.

Has anyone found a Welsh Accent yet. Now a good west Wales accent would be cool. Perhaps someone like Hugh Edwards would do it?

I think this one is the voice at D'Arrest Ring in HIP 5623. The accent isn't over the top and the voice is soothing. A very attractive sounding female voice indeed.
P.S. I am pretty sure the Scottish guy is Scott Manley. It sure as heck sounds like him to me, and he is on very good terms with the folks at Frontier.

Is that the fake Manchester accent? Or something new? For some reason that woman with the Daphne Moon accent is all over the Maia system, everywhere I dock, makes me cringe. For the record I love the Mancunian accent, am an hour away, this controller sounds like she is taking the mick.

She wasnt a hill billy, she was a southern lady and damn do those southern drawls melt me... So no points for guessing who I was going to vote for. Second choices would be the northern lassie or the aforementioned imperial lassie, least favourite the indian/russian very heavy accented lady.
Sadly or not, I sound like the scottish announcer in game, but nath I'm married with two kids so simple not interested.

Theres a girl in my home station with a fairly thick Belfast accent droning on in the background sometimes...little taste of home fer me and goes without saying my absolute favorite ^
