What's your FC's Tariff?

G'day Commanders...
Polling tariff data today.
If you don't mind, I am curious as to what everyone is setting their tariff at and why.
I believe 3% to be fair by anyone's standards, however I have set mine at 20% as a means to recoup some of my wear and tear costs after realizing how much jumps pushed my upkeep through the ceiling.
I may be bringing this down again soon. I initially had it high as I was only restock/refuel.
The addition of outfitting, (though I am still selling things), has me feeling like I should drop it.
The stuff is expensive enough, yet...
The initial buy of the items, hauling around/fuel, cost from the added weight, etc... has me thinking, maybe just keep it where it is.

Surely there is an economic solution that we will all eventually find. Or, perhaps it does not matter in the larger scheme of things.
Any thoughts suggestions on this would be great... I have looked and seen from 0% to 100%

20% (UK VAT :D ) but in carrier main page shows 19%, a bug or rounding error(still a bug as it should show 20%)
Maybe the GMRC (Galactic Mily-Way Revenue & Customs) are thinking you're running your carrier like a business and so are charging the Corporation Tax rate?

(Which is currently 19% for those who don't know)

If I owned a carrier I'd like to think I could manage with 0%, I like the idea of that to help out other explorers, but perhaps practicalities would make me put it up a bit. Selling to UC on a carrier is flat-rate anyway, isn't it?

UC - Carrier owner gets 12.5% and the NPC gets 12.5% I believe.

With regards the tariff, I had no expectation of making ‘real’ money as visitors will be few and far between out of the main hubs. Thinking further, when I next log in I’ll set it to 0%.

Mine is at 5% just as a test to get a feeling of how many players actually used the FC services.

The tariff itself is negligible for both Carrier owner and user, and 5% over almost "zero" regular base price charged for refuel/rearm/repair is still almost nothing.

I had mine at 18%, when I was 12Kly from Sol, in a nebula, but then the DSSA moved a ship there, so I am going somewhere remote, where people won't be able to go unless they can jump over 200ly. At the far edge. So I'm going to set it to 50%, so that half of my exploration funds go to the bank and half to me.

Nothing to do with making money as I have set permission to only friends, and nothing for sale though I have all the services except BM.

Most of the way to Colonia. 11%. Not that I've gotten any visitors in the Bubble or out here--or at least I'm pretty sure but there are no metrics to know for sure.

0% in the Black
I have only basic services + cartography.
I'm not set up for profit and if someone will find my carrier in the black, I believe it would be pretty crappy of me to charge them extra for fuel and repairs.

If I'll be running trade operations in the bubble, then I might set up some tariff, but not when out in the wild.

I guess it would be nice if there were stats available to see who, when, how much/often etc... ppl landed and what they used. The codex stat page is mostly harmless... er I mean, mostly meaningless.
