What's your longest commute?

Ok, so this thread may not be up there with one's discussing how not to die or where to get the cheapest superconductors but I just wanted to see what amount of exploring is going on in the pill.

The longest FSD run I've experienced after coming out of jump was over 13,000 ls (in the Andoe system) on the way towards Moffit Settlement. I got my almost new Mk-III upto 183C before throttling back at 0.06s. Anyone here seen similar or longer runs that allow you to stretch your FSD's legs?

yeah... there are a few truly large systems out there i think the LARGEST i have come across was a 427k Ls distance from the nav beacon to the secondary star and its planets. cant remember the system name but i do know i got up to well over 1000C on the trip.

So far 467K Ls, about. Expecting to see longer treks, but in general stuff seems to hang around between 1K and 40K at the places through which I've plowed (in multi-star systems, however, expect -anything- ... the stars can be far out from each other).

Nope, kept climbing to about 1000C before slamming brakes. Someone in an "old" thread was flying past-1M distance, reaching about 1650C before auto-brakes hit.

Yup, not sure if its in B3, went there in B2, Harpeing Vision, (station name - can't recall system name), had time to make tea and crumpets en-route and everything :D

V1090 Herculis - forever etched in my mind when I accepted a high paying mission to run gold there before I knew that the station was 1.273k Ls from the star :)

I tried to go 80 Light Years to check out a gold-rich asteroid belt but gave up when confronted by the galactic map and what was required to plot the route. The cockpit computer really needs to hold a plotted route automatically.
Not challenging enough? Well, there's challenge and then there's tedious frustration.

The longest run so far today for me was out to Hornblower Platform (cant remember which system - will get it next time I check). Its only 90 kls from the jump point but still far enough to put on the kettle and check on the xmas cake in the oven the past five hours. When it comes out I'll pour over a few more glasses of single malt, have one for myself and get back in the cockpit for some more over-the-limit fun in ED.
