A nice, cold Karmeliet Tripel, La Chouffe or Duvel in the summer.

Any good Weissbier in the winter. Erdinger particularly easy to get hold of but do enjoy a Weihenstephan or Paulaner when I can get one.



PS: lovely shout on the Ceylon. I do love a nice afternoon Ceylon after a good morning Russian Caravan.

I make a rum, using an old Jamaican mash as a base,...

I didn't know you could ferment old Jamaicans.

Mine is a nice Rioja, however i have recently been introduced to Ribera del duero. mmmmmmmmm
