When are loan payments...made?

The UI implies it's per month but the numbers constnatly change. Is "per month" a "total over a month but it pays constantly"? Or what?

It pays off continually through the month. The per month amount is showing you how much will be payed in total each month.

Yep I believe pretty much all park outgoings like staff wages, research, ride running costs etc are spread across the whole month.
