And whatever you do, please, please, please, don't bring back the falling skimmers! It was funny at first but became everyone's waking nightmare.

i am happy if i am mistaken @dognosh..... a Friday release on such a big balance change would be a ballsy move. if it does not come today i doubt it will be this week..... just in case!. it seems i read that post, but read it on Sunday i think hence got my weeks confused.

It will more than likely be out on Tuesday, the 20th. They had been shooting for today, but Will had always said that it might be as late as early the following week, which would be the week of the 18th.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are the usual release days of the week for ED and have been for years, so early next week would indicate Tuesday.

They don't release point updates on Fridays, so anyone telling you that is suffering from a case of wishful thinking and nothing more.

If I were a betting man (and I am) I would say Tuesday AM around 10ish.

That gives them all day today to finish internal testing, finalizing the patch notes, etc. so they can be prepared for the inevitable scream of horror post patch.
