When does the daily tick happen now?

I remember awhile ago it used to be at 2am EST or 7 am UK time but now I'm not sure.

It ticks at about 16:15 in-game.

That sometimes seems to take a wee while longer depending on whether it's a busy system with lots of events happening.

Factions states change before the influence levels do. Be careful when checking influence immediately after the tick, we have had experiences where it doesn't fully update on first look and changes again. Best to leave it a while before checking.
