Newcomer / Intro when does the powerplay cycle end?

It is during the weekly server downtime on Thursday morning UK time.
Maybe ask in your powerplay group's discord / forum / suchlike.

Normally it ends early Thursday mornings at 9am France time, the game goes offline for 30 minutes and then a new cycle starts when the servers come back up. You'll have server warning messages 15, 10 and 5 minutes before which groups synchronize with to drop merits.
