Powerplay When exactly do we get to buy powerplay modules?

I'll get to my 4 weeks of time in a power in friday. If I get myself rank 3 before thursday's powerplay cycle and wait for one day more, can I then go to do some module shopping OR do I have to wait until cycle where I have four weeks of time and 750 points until those unlock in shops.

I assume that means first option. So, weapons can unlock in mid-cycle. Thanks.
