When FDev will finally fix the essential multiplayer functionality?

There is a number of issues with fundamental multiplayer functionality, that has been ignored for years These issues makes it impossible to play co-op at times and when they allow you to play - it is a janky and painful experience. Every co-op session since 2018 required at least 20 minutes of re-logging to start.

1) Logging in the same private group does not mean you will be in the same player group. You will see "plays private group" despite you BOTH LOGGED IN THE SAME GROUP. The issue exists since 2018 and reliably appears at least once every few co-op sessions.
2) Getting into the same player group does not mean you will be in the same instance. If you're in the team and have beacons enabled, you'll see the beacon in place of your teammate instead of your teammate. Once again, exists since 2018 and happens often.
3) Getting into the team is an issue to begin with: your invites may instantly fail or not appear for the invited person. Exists since Odyssey release, happens often.
4) It is impossible to transport your teammates between star systems. Every single attempt to jump with your teammate aboard your ship will result in them having an infinite jump, that will end only when either they close the game or the game kicks them with the connection error. There was 0 successful interstellar jumps with teammates since Odyssey release. ZERO. NONE. NULL. НОЛЬ. Not even half. Not even a glimpse.

5) Multicrew pays nothing to the crewmembers. You make multicrew session for bounty hunting, do the bounty hunting and your crew does not get any money from it. Not because they accidentally decline or anything: the multicrew report screen literally shows your crew, that they're entitled to a whooping 0 credits. Same for any other type of multicrew sessions. Zero multicrew payments since at least Odyssey release.
