Newcomer / Intro When I buy today what did I get access to?

Bit confused as it doesnt seem to say what Im buying.. But at the same time the launcher mentions pre buyers only?

Buying the game today you get access to the combat missions and the game (version 1.07). You do not get access to the beta of 1.1.
