When I played the game for the first time, this was sooooo me.

As was I. It saddens me that I got bored of the game so quickly tbh. For a week or so it was my favourite game. Might try another playthrough and see if I enjoy it as much as I did.

I still feel that way about it most of the time.
I have around 100 hours on mine and played it with my sister on hers for about 40 before that.

I enjoyed it too when I started after beating the game, after unlocking everything and 5 staring fairly quickly. I realized how little there was, after the September 13th update some of the issues will be fixed thankfully like Carnivore Ai being hyper aggressive as of now will allegedly be fixed. But until then im not playing the game, even then I might hold off. Lack of a day night cycle doesnt make the islands more unique. I mean they are adding the ability to change the time of day anyways? why not just go the extra step. Graphics isnt everything so far this game seems to be just that.
