when patch going come out fix tmt and other problems

I want to play this, but its really buggy with the last patch with TMT and other problem everyone has with at the moment. Are we going get any patch to fix the issue, so is really playable again?

It's unknown at this time. They will post when an update becomes available. I to have had an issue since the update on the 31st. I unsubscribed from some TMT items I may never use and that has helped.
