When to sell? ...

Just got back from SagA*. Happy to be back. Now at a station I can sell data - 2.5K systems - in Empire space.
Not sure whether to sell ASAP or to distribute - especially with 1.3 (PP) coming.
Suggestions please

regards to sell in one station or distribute ? (e.g. to get permits)
I sell in one go, I like doing missions and trade for permits, each to his own :)

:DI would sell in one go as well, basically because I am a lazy git and couldnt be bothered to travel to other systems.

if you get back to sell, then swap ships. what happens if you then die?

does your data then disappear? or re-spawn with you?

Pretty sure that data dies with you, just like bounties. I'm on my way back in now and debating whether to head straight to my Python in storage, then sell the data in that, or risk flying around in the Asp. The problem is that the Python itself is quite far from the edge of inhabited space. What I really ought to do, once the data is sold, is move the Asp to somewhere nearer the edge.
