When we getting the rest of the Tactical paints back?

Ever since the launch of the September update the Tactical Painjobs "graphite" (Black) and "ice" (white) are missing from the store,

these paint jobs are in the 620 ARX range, the cynic in me thinks they were left out because they are affordable with FreeARX resulting in more ARX sales in their absence?
