When will I be able to play the game?

Ticket has been in the "new" status for awhile now, no communication from Frontier on when I'll actually be able to play the game. So.. how long does it take for "stuck" pilots to be moved / docked at the closest station? 2 weeks? 3 weeks?

I think they're on holiday until at least Monday, then they have to get to your ticket (there's over 18,000 now). It could be a while unfortunately. There are a lot of players in the same boat, some have been stuck for a couple of weeks now.

Not sure about the OPs case but there seems to be a lot of bugged sectors the further out you travel that seem to corrupt your save when you enter them. Once disconnected you can no longer log back on.

DO A PLAYER RESET it look like they are going to take there time to fix alot of bug

Yea, a holiday season, when some people (like myself), have more time to play the game. But hey, I guess it's a cultural thing.

This wouldn't suck so much if I didn't live in an area that got so bloody cold in the winter :\ And why would I do a player reset when I have a substantial amount of assets? For me, at least.

Hope you get your issue fixed fast. When I had the cargo bug due to the patch, it got solved within 3 hours. But that was outside the holidays.

I guess I had to post a thread in order to get someone to at least read my ticket. They are unable to do anything until the 5th, since the Frontier offices are closed. So, I guess it'll be March until I can have some actual time to play, since starting next week all of my "free-time" has to be going towards getting a bunch of certs out of the way for work.

Thanks Frontier. Made my "end of December time for Elite" pretty enjoyable.
