When will PowerPlay be available for download?

I know the servers are down for up to 6 hours, but I'm not clear on when the update will be available for download - will it be at the end of the 6 hours or some time during? Anyone care to guess?

Edit: I assumed server-side maintenance might be part of the 6 hours and so that the update might be available earlier... but perhaps I'm mistaken...

After. That will be 10t of Palladium. Be patient. Its worth it.

So let's see ...
All of Europe will still be awake and wanting to download.
All of North America will be awake and wanting to download.
All of South America will be awake and wanting to download.
Australia will be just waking up and wanting to download.
.
Maybe I'll just go to the pub instead this evening! :rolleyes:

2.2GB larger than anyone wants it to be.. if my launcher didn't slow to a crawl, then stop, then time out, would be nice to have a BT link available which would take some server load off Frontiers servers.
