When will ships drop out of FSD

Im wondering when ships will droup out of FSD because i dont have FSD Interdictor yet and i found a wanted ship worth 52k. so when will they drop?

You can follow them and sometimes they'll drop at stations and stuff, but that's not the best place to bounty hunt anyone. It's best to hold off until they come up again (at a nav beacon or mining site) or pick up the interdictor. It's not that expensive.

Get the FSD interdictor. Then you are one on one with him and you can have your wicked way with him (or her). Or they can have it with you .
