bugs are resolved regularly and regularly reoccur again one maybe even two patch'es down the line...………………...

The answer however is the same, there is no way in hell that the developers are all going to be able to fix every single in game bug.

I think that it is normal that bugs can happend. But the reoccure of already know bugs is a problem you can and should be avoided with automated testing and quality checks of the code. At the moment it feels like that the managment of fd has take ressources away of ed, so that the quality has been reduced.
try looking at multicrew. all mutlicrew reports never been touched since the launch of the new issue tracker by fdev. they are all locked to confirming so they cannot be upvoted to be fixed. like the big game breaker. multicrew seismic charges instant detonation on launching/disarming. that can blow up the host ship.
