... and doesn't appear in your exchange center.

Hey,

I bought a 700CP animal, and It doesn't appear my exchange center. Proof of the transaction in attach files.
I require my animal.

hmm, have you tried looking in the zoo tab where you can see a list of all animals in your zoo, sometimes animals who dont show up in my trade centre but are also not in the zoo show up there

It has happened to me with a Tiger. It just showed up later lose int he zoo. I have been having all kinds of problems buying things and getting conservation point to show after purchasing an animal.
