Whenever I synthesize a few thousand eggs to get that perfect ALPHA, all the dinosaurs in my Sandbox park are like 400 years old.

Please add more options for dinosaur aging, particularly to slow it down. Here are some ideas:

Dinosaur aging options could include the following On/Off Settings:

1. Ignore Fast Forward (unless synced with monthly reports)
2. Sync with monthly reports (12 reports equals 1 dinosaur year)
3. Pause (Aging stops, regardless of how much time passes)
4. Unlimited (the only setting that currently exists. dinosaurs don't die no matter how much they exceed their lifespan)
5. Display Age on hover pop-up. (You see the dino's age when you hover over it)

Additionally, monthly reports should have a "Sync with day/night cycle" option where 30 days is a month.
