Engineers Where are conductive compenents?

I have spent three hours searching signal sources for conductive components to salvage and have not found even one, I need two.l

Has anyone found any of these?

I need two for a recipe for an Engineer.

I have found them in combat zones and military strikes in some abundance

They drop from haulage vessels. My advice would be to go to an anarchy system and find some locations with a lot of them, like RES sites or nav beacons, and then just murder them without question.

According to Inara, USS is the best place and where I found them last. High res after many ship destructions didn not burp out even one....so yeah, USS--haulage

Thanks! Got what I needed from the first two ships I killed in a CZ.

When to a Hi Res Haz site first and nothing! Killed three pirates, zip and nothing floating around from other Commanders previous kills.
